In One Piece, Monkey D. Luffy has the strongest gear. Luffy’s most powerful form is Gear 5th which is also known as Boundman and this is actually a result of Luffy pushing his Devil Fruit abilities to their limits, combining principles of Soru, Rokushiki and Geppo. When Luffy activates Gear 5th, his body becomes much larger and more muscular, significantly increasing his strength and speed.
Here one of the standout techniques in Gear 5th is Gomu Gomu no Bajrang Gun, where Luffy coats his fist in Haki, including the colours of Arms and the Supreme King and then ignites it on fire. This attack delivers a devastating blow to his enemies, showcasing the immense power of Gear 5th.
Throughout his journey, Luffy has developed several gears, each building on the last to give him more power and adaptability in battle. As we know Gear 2nd increases his speed and agility and Gear 3rd boosts his physical attacks with giant limbs.
Whereas Gear 4th combines all these elements with incredible elasticity and resilience but this Gear 5th is the strongest one what he has shown so far. It’s key part of arsenal as he continues his journey to become the Pirate King.
