In Chainsaw Man, Aki Hayakawa is around 19-20 years old. Even though he is young, he is already a skilled devil hunter. Aki’s strong sense of duty and tragic past, where he lost his whole family to Gun Devil, drive him to protect others and seek revenge.
Whereas Himeno is in her early to mid 20s. She is more experienced and has been through many battles. Her protective nature towards Aki shows how much she cares for him. Beside, Himeno’s past experiences have made her tough but also very caring towards her teammates.
