Talking about the anime version of dragonball or dragonball super, we have seen Grand Priest serving Zeno & future Zeno. Beside that, we have also seen him organising the power tournament. But talking about his relationship, we have never seen the appearance of his wife throughout the anime series.
Manga Version :
Throughout the manga series of dragonball, the grand priest who is better known as Daishinkan is shown serving as an advisor of Omni-King. He is also shown as the father of thirteen angels including Whis and Vados who are angles of 7th and 8th universe. But in the manga series, alo we never seen the appearance of the better half of Grand Priest.

I was recently seeing a fan theory regarding this, where the it is assumed that the wife of Grand Priest is some kind of evil and thus she was kicked out from the universes by the Omni King.
But some day, she will return with her evil children and will have a fight with Grand Priest and his childrens. Then Goku being the Omni King of that time, will force Grand Priest’s wife to surrender and will revive the true omni kings and give back their posts, though this is just a fan theory among many.
